Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.

A slight communication slip combined with an unwell worker meant my original appointment couldn't be kept, but the guys appeared as rearranged. Bolier check was fine, thank my lucky stars, then leak traced quickly back to a faulty radiator valve. Part sourced and replaced and system recommissioned. Just in time for the inevitable cold snap. Would certainly recommend for their professional skills and straightforward explanation of what they were doing. For gas engineers i felt the price was competitive

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.
