I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. I asked Ali to quote for new internal doors and a stud wall; this was quickly prepared and I accepted. Ali advised me of the best suppliers and once delivery of the doors was confirmed he got on with the work. All work is to a very high standard and I am extremely pleased with my new doors. Andy quoted for the installation of a channel drain in my patio. The quote was competitive and the job completed to a very good standard. Communication was good before and during the job and I recommend Andy for this type of work.
we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible
