Jawad was able to come over within an hour or so of posting the job and was able to get it sorted despite it becoming complicated including minor breaking out of boxing and brickwork. What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

Dean was responsive, helpful and proactive. He came out to attend our leaky bath tap quickly and replaced it. He was also able to fix our water stop tap and a leak on the hot water tank very promptly. As a bonus he was also able to confirm that our boiler did NOT in fact need £3k of work done under warranty as advised by a commercial firm last weekend! All in money well spent & we shall use Dean again without hesitation.

I couldn’t recommend Szilard (and his team) more highly. Very high attention to detail when painting and decorating and nothing is a problem. As well as decorating Szilard has moved sockets, light fittings, fixed shower screens, re-configured wardrobes to name but a few additional jobs that have arisen along the way. He has been back a number of times now and is punctual and tidy in his work.
Gaudi Construction boasts a 10-year experience and activity in Surrey and South-West London, which has brought the company considerable expertise in Tiling, refurbishment and construction at professional level.

General maintenance
All work completed on time and on budget and to a very high standard. Couldn’t have asked for better.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
