When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out the repair to leaking pipe and overflowing tank promptly. Subsequently he also replaced our very old and stiff stopcock with an isolation switch which was also done very efficiently.

Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.
