Jamie installed a new boiler and all associated pipe work for my mum in law. he and his co worker did a first class job for us. Jamie is a very knowledgeable young man, a clean and courteous professional who delivered exactly what we wanted on time. We have no reservations in recommending him. Very good communications before, during and after the job. Turned up on time, on day specified, and completed the work as I requested. I would definately use NBC again.

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

Steve and his team were exceptional. We had a single storey extension with another wall taken down. Steve was transparent with costing, gave a great quote but was keen to ensure every penny had been accounted for to avoid any unexpected costs along the way. They keep the work area as tidy as they can and always have a tidy before leaving for the day. The extension looks brilliant and we will definitely be booking again

Friendly, professional and great attention to detail. Ron was thorough and meticulous when quoting the job which was quite a complex job as it was very bespoke. He asked a lot of questions which gave us the confidence that there wouldn't be unexpected charges. Ron was always on time, very reliable and left the house very tidy each night. We were aways kept informed of how the job was going and when it was expected to be finished. The quality of the work is very high and exactly what we had asked for. Highly recommended.

We couldn't rate MTW high enough! They have left us with a home to be proud of and the quality of workmanship is of the highest order. They have been professional and honest throughout our job. Extremely hard working and what they say they do! Nothing has been a problem for them and they took a great deal of pride in ensuring that we were totally happy with the work done.
