James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.
