Chimney looks great and improved the problem, which may have been outside the scope of the initial job. The team followed up and did additional inspections and work at no additional cost. Emy has been utterly brilliant. Completely saved me in a hugely time pressured situation. Turned up first thing on the day after I placed the add. Said he would give me a quote and would start right away if the quote was ok. His work is great. Emy is so efficient and fast with fantastic attention to detail. Bradley was personable and knowledgeable. He spent over 30 minutes talking to use about the project and making suggestions, this was in a free quote situation so he didn't know he would get the job. Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated. We were so impressed we booked him in to do some further work a couple of weeks later, and we are thrilled with the final result. Will definitely use again.
