Agreed a cash price with Fraser for new roof and guttering with all the guarantees, but when it came to pay he then tells me if i wanted a guarantee I’d have to pay the vat. Don’t get me wrong the lads worked well but very messy as they just through the tiles off the roof into the skip instead of using a chute. Needed him back to sort guttering as it had come apart but got told when I’m next in the area needless to say I’m still waiting months later. Beware!! Don’t pay cash.

Quick response to job request. John kept in touch to advise on timeframe. Acoustic panels were fitted to one wall and I am very pleased with the result. Time and care were taken to achieve a great finish. John also helped out with another job that we had not previously discussed. Very happy with the job and the competitive cost. I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job.
