They gave me some really useful advice regarding me bing my washing machine which included the reality of lifting my floor and some kitchen cabinets. I will certainly re contact them again when I have the money together for a full kitchen makeover.. it seems silly to do what I wanted on its own.

John gave a price, based on my description and photo. He confirmed he'd arrive the following day and this morning, called to say he'd arrive in "30 mins". John arrived as promised and promptly fixed the issue. He also noticed a blockage in the downpipe and resolved that too. I can't fault him in any respect and am happy to recommend him to anyone. We were very impressed with Dan’s attention to detail, standard of workmanship and care taken. We were happy with the original installation but it is a tribute to Dan that he identified an issue and came back to do more work until he was satisfied it was just right. Dan kept us informed of progress and was very pleasant to deal with. When we had an issue with planning permission Dan provided detailed drawings of the sash window specifications. No hesitation in recommending. Windows look lovely.
