Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. This firm is horrendous. If you want a professional job at a fair price, do not hire this firm. I've given them 1 star because the system won't allow a no star rating. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.
