Great job. Quick fair quote, undertook the work straight away. Work was completed to a very high standard. Before starting showed the problem with photos taken from the roof so that I had a clear understanding of the work. Pictures at the end show completed work.

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

I was extremely disappointed with the work done to seal the joints on the polycarbonate roof to my garden room. A very messy job which resulted in rain coming in just as before. I was even more disappointed when this tradesperson promised to come back on various occasions to rectify his bad workmanship but failed to show up on each occasion. I am of the opinion that he is not qualified to carry out roofing works.

He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????
