I have posted more than 1 job and not only was most of his text illegible but also incoherent. I don't know which jobe he was asking about, but given that, my jobe will go without being done.

The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. I’ve never had a carpet cleaned before so had no real idea of price but after talking to different services, we agreed a price. We had decorators in at the same time which wasn’t planned but worked ok. Wouldn’t advise doing both at the same time. Evo was clear in what he needed and how to get around potential difficulties. Friendly. we now have a clean carpet free from cat hair (well as much as possible!)
