Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.
