The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Scott refitted our small main bathroom. He offered helpful advice and alternative ideas which were most helpful. Scott was pleasant at all times. His quote was very fair and he was always punctual. We felt at ease to leave Scott with a key while we were at work. When a slight issue arose requiring attention outside of Scott's working schedule, he came to our rescue! He even changed over a tap in another bathroom at very short notice, We recommend Scott and would be very happy to use Scott's services again.
I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paul in the future. He arrived at the time agreed and set about finding the problem. He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person). The price was what I was anticipating and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if needed.
