I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Sam did a really good job fitting the door, especially considering we have an old Victorian house where there isn't a straight wall or door opening in the whole house.
Lps offers services from plumbing a washing machine to New extensions. All our team are fully qualified and we pride ourselves on the customer service and quality delivered.
Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.
We consider ourself artisan of natural stones, we also passionate about tiles: expecially large format, which we could use to manufacture many item around bathrooms, kitchen and even furniture. But nothing pleases us more than a satisfy customer.
So lucky to get such a great tiler, Paolo is hardworking and professional and his job was priced very competitively. I would thoroughly recommend Paolo and will use him again in the future. 5* definitely Peter Marsh.
