They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Ash was extremely professional from producing quotes, to cleaning away daily. His workmanship was of a very high standard and he worked incredibly hard to get the work completed. The high finish on the bathroom is better than I could have hoped for and its the details that made a difference. Ash was approachable and happy to advise when I was unsure of materials. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left
