I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Tom did a cracking job for us. Quoted late on Friday evening, started 1st thing monday morning. The quote was very competitive, the cheapest of 5 we had. Work was of excellent quality, did more than we asked for, Work was completed a lot faster than i expected, very clean and tidy and tidied up at the end of each day. Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!
