Greg was very pleasent , very puntual on the inital appointment and the day he came to do our work. Very tidy and made a good deal of effort to cover up our furnishings etc to protect it from dust. Hopefully I will be hoping to have him around again to look at our rental properties soon. Its is really nice to come across a tradesman so professional in approach

Can’t recommend Lawrence highly enough. From the outset he kept me fully informed. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job bricking up and plastering internal doorway and repairing areas of lounge ceiling and wall. He left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming before he left. I’m delighted with the work. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Lawrence again in the future.

We had utility room converted into a small dining room. Walls were plastered, floors and window sills tiled and also a new door fitted. Jamie, Matt and Aiden all were excellent workers, very friendly and efficient. All mess was tidied up. Very happy to recommend!

Daniel from D L Developments is excellent with his service. Very detailed information provided on all aspects of the job, very prompt with his responses, communication is amazing and the standard of work is of great quality. Quotes are very informative and easy to understand. Competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend him for any type of project you may have, he covers all variety of maintenance which is very useful. We had a downstairs toilet fitted recently. The work was carried out quickly, and Sunny and his associates were lovely, considerate and hard working. Sunny made sure that we were happy with all decisions. Work was to a high standard and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Really pleased with the outcome.

We were very impressed with Carl's ability and professional attitude. His workmanship is exemplary and we would certainly recommend him; he will be my first point of contact for any future work. He undertook the work in the agreed time, despite having to wait for the kitchen to arrive. I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Ubhi Developments UK Limited provided an exceptional service, worked significantly long hours to meet our deadline and delivered a service and bathrooms beyond our expectation.
