I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I did not hire this company due to the fact I requested a payment but only received in its place a weekly payment which was not based on work completed. When ai informed them they wanted to return and chat about it. I was not prepared to do this as it did not give me any good vibes as all builders will give a quote which is then backed by a payment plan based on work completed

Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly

Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.
