The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Would give 4.5/5.0 stars if I could Job involved full rewiring, suspended ceilings, splitting storage area into 4 smaller ones - I'm very happy with those Most things went pretty well, but there were few things why I can't give full 5 stars, primarily: * There was some miscommunication between Michael and the electricians * While Michael was sick with Covid-19, some of his junior's work quality was not as good. * Few things were missed, but I DIY'd it. Will definitely contact Michael for future jobs.
