I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Good at first and cheap but not worth it. 6 months later my fence concrete posts are wobbly, the fence door can’t open or close it’s just stuck and I had notified the company but they have said they can’t fix the issue as it’s supposedly an issue not caused by them.

Overall looks ok but closer inspection shows the finishing touches are awful and when it's windy there is an awful flapping noise from the oversized flashing that replaced the top row of tiles because the flashing was placed 1 brick to low! Tried to tell him he either ignores you or doesn't come when he said he would!!

City Glazing LTd fitted new windows in my tenanted house when I was away without air vent. He promised to come back and fit the ventilations. For nearly a year, the house is suffering from mould and condensation and he hasn't done anything,.

I must say that that I was very impressed with my dealings with ASG from start to finish. Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. The patio is good. The only reason why I haven't rated his work higher is because of the mess left behind. I was charged for a skip yet he didn't hire one hence the mess left behind. I found the mess hidden in my garden which was unacceptable. I had to clean the drive because of debris left from his van. Overall, his workmanship is good but work ethics, not so good.
