James and team did an excellent job in removing an old fence and ivy with very large roots. They were efficient, courteous and disposed of all rubbish. I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Paid upfront for all materials, he did half the job so I paid him in full knowing he was coming back 2 days later, then he kept delaying, never came back, never contacted me. Now owed £400. I even looked after and fed his poorly son while he did half the job. Do not use. Unprofessional and has taken my money.
