Avoid this company. Not sure of quality of work as not been able to get onto roof to check. When I asked questions via text as I wasn’t there he got quite aggressive and said he was offended that I would a question his work. Latest text was to say he would remove all the materials installed a dump waste back at house. Not vey helpful. All I am asking for is evidence things have been done. Could have said a lot more but it’s not worth it

James and Tris were excellent. They communicated well and Always arrived when they said they would. There were quite a few unforeseen snags to the conversion along the way and they dealt with those quickly and effectively. James made sure all was satisfactory before we signed off the project. I am very happy with the finished result. It looks great, I now have a lovely new bathroom downstairs. it was a pleasure to get to know James and Tris, they were good to be around and very respectful at all times.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble.
