I am more than happy to recommend Rob and certainly will be to Family and friends. He arrived at precisely the time we had arranged and got straight into the work. He did a great job and did it quickly, even though it turned out more complicated than we'd first thought. He was a really nice person which is always important when you are getting a stranger into your house to do work. I will definitely be calling on Rob next time I need some work done in my flat. Jason has quoted us a very reasonable price and came out of his way to review a job for us - we will be contacting him in the very near future as we have to concentrate on another part of our home first.. but we found Jason to be very accommodating, professional.

Silvio and team did a fantastic job installing my new kitchen. From helping with the design, to recommending more efficient plumbing work to make everything fit properly, the process was seamless from start to finish. Catalin is extremely skilled and I was impressed by his efficiency and the quality of his work and the others who assisted. Would 100% recommend Star Construction to others.

Las and two of his sons came round at very short notice to do all sorts of tidying up and repairing around the house. They were on time, very efficient and very patient with a long list of small jobs.

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola

I am so grateful we found Vladimir on this site! He was punctual everyday, very polite and cleaned up immaculately! Not to mention the amazing job he did on our kitchen tiles - which were not easy as the tiles were not all equal sizes! But Vladimir's talent has made my kitchen shine!
