Southgate and Sharp's quote was the best one among four received. It included optional powder coating as a bonus offer which we didn't count on in the start. Although our job was only small it was perfectly done and on time. Many thanks, I would use S&S LTD anytime for metal works in the future.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I would not hesitate to use Lee again for work at my property and I would 100% recommend Lee to my friends and colleagues. I booked Daniel to refurbish my kitchen & various other parts of my flat. He attended on short notice to discuss my requirements. He understood the brief & made useful suggestions. Over the course of 2 weeks he worked extremely hard, going out of his way to do a first class job. He was polite, friendly & professional. The quote was very reasonable & there were no surprises or extras. Most importantly the results exceeded my expectations. If you want someone who will take care of everything he's your man.

Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Excellent job, very happy.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value. We were very pleased.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). They are definitely not cowboys thankgod! I am so grateful.
