Great - Jonny completed this job. His work is good and his willingness to work to find a solution is first rate as the job wasn't so straightforward. Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. Good communication and management of project by Andy and special shout to Steve who worked throughout the 3 weeks doing an outstanding job. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.

Dan was really professional and we are very pleased with the service provided and the finished job. Worked extremely hard during the hottest days of the year in a very small bathroom! Would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him again for future projects.

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.

David gave a clear and honest opinion on the condition of the roof; he arrived when he said he would and did the work exactly as we had agreed. Very happy with his polite and friendly attitude and will definitely call him again if the need arises.
