We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

Came and quoted, then did lots of small jobs for me, between his bigger contracts. Recommended replacing some spotlights in some rooms for safer ones, which seemed sensible, but didn’t push the higher costs. Overall, nice guy, very efficient, obviously knows his stuff. Thanks.

I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. He also put in a fitted wardrobe, partition walls and fitted a door and frame. Highly trustworthy, I’d have no hesitation in recommending him so if he does quote (and he’s frequently booked up for months but gets the occasional window of work) he’s a good safe pair of hands

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Jeremy and his team did a great job with our internal refurbishment. They were always polite and courteous and tidied as they went. Jeremy would always discuss any issues and would be helpful with suggestions and advice if required. All of the team treated the house with respect and transformed it from a tired 80's look to a modern and bright place with a wow factor. They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Highly recommended. Paul will be our first port of call for any future electrical work required. Waite Electrical Services performed an inspection and subsequent re-wire of our house professionally and to a very high standard. They provided a fixed price quote that was very competitive. Whilst doing the work they were very flexible and considerate, and went to great lengths to minimise any damage to our newly restored floors. We are really delighted with the result carried out in adverse weather. This was the only person who asked if we required landscaping rather than levelling and the result is excellent. I would unreservedly recommend Withycombe Landscapes
