Excellent service from Darren at Severn satellite and aerial services. Called shortly after listing our requested work to discuss what we needed doing. Arranged a day to suit our availability. Arrived on time, extremely friendly and informative of the work to be completed. With the existing aerial damaged, Daren fitted a new aerial and amp connecting us up for free view. We also need new aerial ports installing upstairs where we will be using Darren for the work. Fantastic local tradesman highly recommend

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.
