Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. I am a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer. With many years experience. I currently work on domestic and commercial systems specialising in boiler breakdown and servicing. I also have two more plumbing and heating engineers, two air conditioning engineers and two electricians. All of us are Fully qualified having carried out time served apprenticeships. All of us are qualified to a level 3 standard and beyond. The range of services we can offer are consultancy, installation, maintenance and repair of all types of systems related to our trades.

I couldn't be happier with the work, the roof looks great. Mark was hard working and the quality was good, everything was left tidy and I would recommend him for roofing. I will also be looking to use him again in the future to landscape my garden.
We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
