Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.
