We always make sure the jobs we do are protected and left spotless. We specialise in all plastering works and rendering. Derek took the job and took a deposit. He cancelled at the last minute. He offered other dates that did not work for us or a refund. We asked for the refund. He never replied to many messages and has not refunded us for work that was never done.
