It was a relatively small job, re-laying some LVT planks where they had had to be removed to accommodate a new hearth, but potentially tricky as we really hoped to avoid removing the skirting. He managed to lay the flooring with the skirting intact and we are very pleased! Would definitely recommend him.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Craig and Jay were great, reliable and very flexible. We had our downstairs ceilings skimmed and kitchen replastered prior to new units. They worked well with other trades, were good humoured, and did a good job. A very reasonable price. Would happily recommend and will have back when we do upstairs ceilings.
