He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Tommy you never once mentioned having to pay for "smashed tiles" you said you would be back to finish and you never returned you was paid for a complete job which was never completed so as far as im concerned we were conned! How is it another tiler turned up and finished the job without having to replace any tiles and had no problem with what the plumber had done?? With regards to the plumber he asked a number of times if he could work along side you to which you replied no as he would be in the way!
