Contacted me about the job and came to look the same day. Quickly diagnosed problem and was able to come a few days later to make necessary repairs. Was informative and took photos to show me the problems. Work completed as arranged. Would definitely recommend.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Carried out an excellent job, left the yard tidy and with attention to detail. They turned up on time, maintained contact and worked hard to cut down all the trees and remove debris in a safe and professional manner. We will use them again!

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.
