Neville contacted me and came out and measured up and listened to what we wanted, he then swiftly replied with a quote and arranged a date for completion. Once on site Neville and Wayne were keen to get the job done but also partial to the odd coffee now and again, they always tidied up after every day and were punctual the next day to carry on . No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.

I can see why this company have no ratings - they couldn't even be bothered to turn up for a quote! I finished work early and waited in for over three hours, at which point I called to find out what was going on. No answer, and no return call to explain what happened. Total time wasters.
