Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.
Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Davall Construction left my home unsafe,with the exterior wall collapsing and a big hole in my wall,just because I complained about their standard of work.I raised concerns about the shoddy brick laying (Laying brick and mortar to plasterboard),not replacing wall/floor vent (causes damp/rot),cutting/damage new door frame to fit (Instead of cutting wall bricks),not using wall or ceiling supports (acrow props),packing lintel with wood not slate and they just removed everything and left a huge hole in the wall
