Total waste of £200 and my time. I advertised to have my EICR done, Sean came on the day as agreed. However he couldn’t issue certificate as there were some small fixes to be done. He couldn’t do it on a day and arranged to come back in a couple of days, to finish the job but never showed up. Then said again, he will be couple days later but never made it. Now he is not even replying. I already paid for certificate I didn’t get and after waiting for over a week I have to pay someone else to do it.

The job was a simple swap from a plug and socket arrangement to a fused switch to serve a boiler. Albeit, the work was carried out at short notice and to a good standard. Communication was excellent and arrived on time. I was expecting the plug and socket to be removed as part of the work, but this does not detract from an otherwise very good service. Would use again and recommend.

Had Eduardo put washing poles into garden and he did not allow concrete to set properly so poles were leaning inwards and wash line therefore sagging therefore unable to hang any washing up. Asked Eduardo to come back and fix issue and he wanted to charge me for the whole job again! After frequent discussions some of which were him being very curt in his response, he still hasn’t,so I am left with an unusable washing line. Poor professionalism and attitude.

He Came out to my home, checked the wiring in bathroom and other fittings, provided me with a quote and never returned to finish job, tried to phone him and left text messages, he did not reply? Used the other electrician on rated people.
