We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Waycon.

Ben has been incredibly supportive throughout my project. Giving me options and ideas every stage and allowing me to make a decisions in my own time. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. His pricing has been fair and his work is definately up to scratch. Very tidy and a pleasure to have araound the house - I have no hesitation in recommending him for other tasks.

Excellent precise and very gifted. Costs are very reasonable. This man is full of fun and enthusiasm. A top class job done on. Covering an old 1930 type fireplace. Also built an outdoor wood store which is top class and brilliantly built. Also headed a complete doors set in my hallway. Excellent work and would highly recommend..his work is outstanding top class.

I was confident in David's professionalism from his first visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. The attention to detail in the preparation and quality of finish has been second to none and the end result is superb and completed for a very fair price. Jamie installed led lighting in the kitchen and dining room, along with a central light fitting. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job and was polite, easy-going and helpful throughout. Really happy to recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.
