I highly recommend Phil, he contacted me quickly with a very good quote and availability to suit me. He was able to get the EICR job done at the earliest opportunity, and after he had finished the inspection he called to update me on the outcome, rather than just leaving me to wait for the certificate. However the certificate was sent the same day as well so again, very efficient!

I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

What a mess of a job leaks , sink and bathroom not fitted properly, seals bought not used. Very disappointing to say the least avoid avoid job took 3 days then get insulated that Victoria plumbing materials were cheap and threats to visit and rip out poor workmanship one of the worst handy man services ever not a construction firm more subcontracting non competent people. Had to get proper plumber to rectify mess

Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great.
