We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We are very pleased, with everything; the speed of the investigation, the speed of the pricing, the speed of the job, and the way the job was done! Terrific.

Great job by Luke in upgrading two radiators. Also took off another radiator so I could do some filling behind it. Had a tiny drip on one of the new radiators, but he came back to sort it a few days later. Clean and tidy work. Friendly and knowledgable. Excellent communication throughout via text and calls.

The plumber sent (Tommy) was excellent but this system is double dipping. You already pay Rated People who are supposed to find tradesmen. You then also pay plumbernow to find the tradesman. So the guy that does the work receives a fraction of what you pay. Rated people should NOT be letting similar "job finding" firms to be on site. Essentially requiring Joe public to pay two finder fees.

The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied

What an outstanding guy, he is without doubt a worker, from start to finish, asked me all the questions needed on the app, then went beyond when he arrived, moved my radiator from 1 wall to another with a very good quote, will be having him back to replace other radiators, I would have knocked him down to 4 and a half due to his singing being mediocre ????
