I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. My experience with Kelton was strange. The first part was very professional and I got a quote and the job was started on time. But then there was a delay in sourcing the shower tray which was down to me. However once shower tray had arrived we kept moving goal posts and they never could give me definitive date or time for when the job will be completed. Additionally when challenged about this got a very long rant from them concluding with we will withdraw our services for this job. Back to square 1 sadly

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
Richard was very punctual and I was very satisfied with the finished job. Pleased with the price as well.
I am a soul trading kitchen fitter with over 20 years experience. I also cover all the plumbing, electrics and wall and floor tiling involved. So you can expect a first class service, without having to have different trades people to do one job.
I would not hesitate to recommend Justin. My garden was left in a dreadful mess by a previous 'trade-person' and it was an unfinished job. Justin has worked incredibly hard and now my garden is neat, tidy and ready to be planted. I'm over the moon with what Justin has done and can't rate his work highly enough. Thank you again, Justin. Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Reliable and trustworthy, attended everyday and the guys working for Mr E, worked none stop bathroom refit completed in 5 days. Cleaned up after themselves and Mr E went out and collected tiles and bits when I ran out. Good workmanship thank you.
