I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

Russell and Tom are very reliable people who can offer high quality for renovation, tiling, plastering, and, like in our case, kitchen fitting. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. I've never left negative feedback before but so upset by Oliver Guest that I feel that others should be make aware. Despite numerous texts & promises, he fobs you off & will not finish the job. Left with a dishwasher with no door, missing plinths and no soft closers. Also, the utensil drawers have dropped already. I booked him to finish kitchen on Sat Dec 8th on 13th SEPT (job started at Easter) &despite; confirmation text on 1st Nov he still didn't turn up. Always has an excuse. Stay away.
Linden did a great job for us - he was reliable, innovative and the quality of his craftsmanship was superb; so much so that we increased the amount of work we asked him to do. We would be happy to be contacted if anyone wanted to see this renovation.

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
Cheap & cheerful.... nice guy very polite cleaned up using our vacumn cleaner, misunderstood the interior doors we wanted. Ended up with cheap doors cheap handles and holes in our pockets. Never mind he's got enough to get married next year, thanks to the wife and I?
