Regency Roofing contacted me soon after the job was posted and arrived at my home an hour later as promised. The problem was inspected thoroughly with several faults pointed out to me, and a repair was proposed, agreed, and immediately completed. The repair has been satisfactory so far with no further leaks despite some heavy rain. However, the price asked was to my mind very high for the amount of work involved, even for an emergency repair. That is why my rating is 4 star rather than 5 star.

Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
