Here at Db Country Designs we specialise in composite decking and fencing with a quality of workmanship that cannot be beaten. I have been a master carpenter and qualified cabinet maker for over 25yrs. Along side this I am fully qualified and insured in all aspects of general maintenance and internal and external painting. Handyman and decorating services provided by Graham and Venetia. Venetia is C&G qualified as a decorator. Graham has 20 years experience in this field. V&G have been repairing, renovating and decorating in Somerset for the past 7 years.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Mikel is a very hard and honest worker. He understands what he is doing and despite the complexity of the job, which was not only the fencing I had instructed him to do through this site, but a complete refurbishment of the garden including a lot of natural stonework .It was not an easy job. As to the previous person who complained about Mikel -well there has just been enormous storms and fencing was hard to get and all the cheap stuff was gone. I have no hesitation in recommending Mikel .

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

I arranged an appointment for you to provide an estimate for the job. You failed to come, nor have you contacted me during the week since to explain, apologise or rearrange the appointment.
Came to quote. Agreed to take on the job. Contacted me that morning to cancel as he "had to sort out a problem with existing job". After a few weeks I called to arrange a new date at 5pm and he agreed to come the following morning. Texted my address again as requested (admittedly on the morning he was due but before he had arranged to turn up. Received text telling me he thought I had changed my mind and was doing another job. This is less than 12 hours after we agreed. Getting someone else.
