George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Tony Caesar has been outstanding right from the start. There are two main areas in which he excels. Firstly his workmanship: He is very profersional and extremely skillful at what he does. The inspectors from the local council were so impressed that they took photographs of his work to use as a benchmark standard for other tradesmen. On top of this, he pays great atttention to detail and hates leaving anything undone. Secondly, his courtesy: It was obvious that he was always thinking about his customers (our) needs. He was always tidy and polite. Every effort was made by him to keep any disruption to a minimum and at the end of every day, the work area was swept and tidied up. It was a pleasure to have him round. If we ever need anything doing again, his number will be the very first on our list. We would recommend him to anyone we know in an instant.

We needed a new shower enclosure to fitted without having spend too much time thinking about it! George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

We had considerable work done on a 4 storey staircase and multiple doors. All the work was done to a high standard. Exact requirements were agreed and implemented, and any issues arising due to the existing state of building were identified before proceeding. We will be using this company again for future works.

Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.
