George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Had an extension built - cost almost £32k - Company uses 100% subcontractors no employees which when we were looking they advised they only employ people and have 2 projects ongoing at a time which is not true - Overall quality of build is good (4*) but overall score a 2* due to some of the subcontractors work and attitude, mistakes during build by not following architects drawings, poor communication and project management, leaving house open to elements and me having to arrange building control visits.

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site.
