I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. Claude visited quickly to assess the Leylandii hedge trimming and provided a competitive quote for the work. He returned a few days later and worked very hard all morning and into the afternoon to complete the task. The standard of the work was excellent and all the trimmings were removed at the end.
