Guy was excellent. Very quick and efficient and able to suggest good solutions to tricky problems. He moved the boiler from the upstairs bedroom down into the kitchen, replaced all the plumbing and lead pipes in the kitchen, brought a gas pipe into the house for a cooker and put a new radiator in the kitchen. Really friendly, very trustworthy, flexible in working hours, happy to leave him alone in the house, have recommended him to friends and family and will definitley use him again in the house.
Ian provided a prompt quote and completed the work required to a high standard, including dealing with the inevitable hiccups without a problem. It's lovely to have non leaking toilets! He was punctual, courteous and cleared up after himself. Would recommend him.

Tony is very personable and explained the fault to me in layman’s terms. Tony’s rates are very reasonable and the job was completed proficiently with no mess and no fuss. Tony, unfortunately the issues started only after a couple of years but we didn’t want to ask you back. We spent much more than our ‘small budget’.
