I so impressed with his customer relation skills, I have contracted him for some bathroom / downstairs cloakroom major renovations - see his weksite / fb page "OJF Services". He is polite and always follows up telephone and email enquiries......also I have never known to be late for an appointment. His rates a very fair for a professional job. I highly recommend him in ever respect.

Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. Igor was always extremely efficient and helpful, and overall I was happy and satisfied with both the price and the quality of work, although it did take a bit longer than expected to complete.

This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.
