Great job, full boiler replacement done perfectly as well as sorting out the dodgy issues from the previous boiler installation. What an outstanding guy, he is without doubt a worker, from start to finish, asked me all the questions needed on the app, then went beyond when he arrived, moved my radiator from 1 wall to another with a very good quote, will be having him back to replace other radiators, I would have knocked him down to 4 and a half due to his singing being mediocre ????

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
